Experience

With over 30 years in financial services; latterly focused on mortgage lending and private banking, Simon has a breadth and depth of experience. This spans credit risk/lending decision solutions, FCA compliance and a host of business process and technology improvements. Simon has a specialism in mortgage lending, including web-based decisioning and automated underwriting.

Skills

Simon offers a mix of consultancy, business analysis and project management skills to meet most business challenges.  As a senior business analyst and PRINCE2 certified project manager, he has direct and relevant skills to break down complex business projects into effective, delivered solutions.

Teamwork
